This TownePlace Suites in Tallahassee provided exceptional accommodation for a family with three large dogs during their cross country move. The customer care representative upgraded their reservatio (Read More)n, ensuring their comfort. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. Despite the occasional noise from nearby sirens, this hotel was well-maintained and a hidden gem worth staying at again.

Checkin person was exceptionally warm and pleasant.

Suite was much larger than I expected And included a full kitchen! (I usually stay in hotel rooms) Bed was blissfully comfortable. Very clean throughout. Good security.

First room HORRIFIC-second room Nice

The rooms, if properly cleaned are actually quite nice and the set up is awesome.

I hate giving bad reviews but unfortunately, the first room we were given was disgusting. It had dirty dishes in cabinet, the microwave was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, and it smelled like urine. The worst of all was that there were roaches!!! Even on the bed frame. It was REALLY gross. I have never had such an experience before. It was late so instead of leaving altogether we requested another room in another building. There was only one room available in the same building so we decided to check it out and that room was actually really nice and smelled clean. And NO ROACHES! The lady at the front desk wasn't mean or nice but indifferent which was strange considering. I would expect in such a situation to be offered a refund or at least a discount but neither happened. She did not even apologize. The rooms, if properly cleaned are actually quite nice and the set up is awesome. Halls are old. My experience was very conflicting.

Superb

Very nice, convenient location, comfortable accommodations. It was our first time at a TownePlace Suites, but we will seek them out in future travels. It is also great that they are pet-friendly.

The mattress was a bit soft.

Adequate for 1 night but overpriced for FSU graduation

Good location, but poor signage . My gps took me around in circles 3 times!

Room air conditioner couldnt be adjusted. We froze for several hours, then it was warm during the night, then freezing again! Hot breakfast was not kept filled. No bananas.

That there was no cleaning done and there was old dish soap and a dishwasher table left in the dishwasher. there was no hand washing soap, no new dish soap or dishwasher soap, no lotion, there was missing towels, missing blankets, part of the TV stand was broken, the foot stool was stained, there was a stain on the bedsheet.

location was great. associate that greeted and did check in was friendly and informative

noise was very apparent. pool noise, could hear foot steps upstairs very loudly, and outside noises/voices. could use some better soundproofing! and not a huge deal my my tv regular channels would not work and it said hello Donaldmy name is Rane
