It was a nice stay other than not being able to control the temperature in the room.

The location is great for shopping.

The thermostat didnt work properly. It was either too hot or too cold. Couldnt get it right. Staff were nice & helpful. Breakfast was good.

The staff! The room! The breakfast! The staff we encountered were all WONDERFUL!!! They all went above and beyond!

The shower head had a piece that didnt work correctly, that could use some updating.

The front desk staff were very friendly & breakfast was ok.

The room overall looked clean when we walked in. However, during the night, the thin, yellow, decorative spread that covers the white bed linens, slipped off the bed. When I put it back on, I noticed a large area of blood on the underside. I notified the front desk at check out. I left a review with the hotel, but this morning I received an email from a hotel rep named Lori, basically calling me a liar because they "only have white linens." Now, I'm making a more public review of the hotel.
