The Tower Hotel at Fallsview offers rooms with beautiful panoramic windows and unmatched views of the falls. Some reviewers enjoyed the view so much that they gave the hotel 5 stars just for that. Ho (Read More)wever, the rooms could use some refreshing and there is no restaurant on-site. The staff, including the manager, were praised for their exceptional service. The location is perfect for walking to the falls and the casino, and the restaurants inside the hotel have delicious food. Overall, a pleasant stay with a 5-star view.

The stay was incredible, we will definitely stay here again when we come to Niagara. Amazing views and beautiful staff,

The view was incredible, the staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom with a great bath.

The staff and easy accommodation of valet service.

Overall the overnight stay was good. What could be improved is the dryness in the room, uncomfortable bed and non functioning TV.

The view was magnificent

Everything was amazing, the staff, valets, the shower and water pressure was excellent. Was warned about updates and yet never bothered by them. The view was magnificent!!!

no coffee or tea in rooms, which was extremely disappointing, especially since it was not offered elsewhere but restaurant in building which was reasonably price but only open short amount of time during day..
