A great location for a short stay in the sun just outside Puerto Portals.
Lovely spacious rooms with a great sized pool and sun lounging area. The bar was great and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
The gym facilities were minimal.

Very clean and tidy, lovely pool area and cocktails, very comfortable beds and great size rooms! The buffet breakfast was so good with so many options!
There was a strange thing where staff wouldnt fill our reusable drink bottles with water from the bar, they wanted us to each pay 15 for a reusable bottle of the hotel and get that one filled up. Ridiculous to pay 15 for water.
We had to ask 3 times to get our 2 singles made into a double even when I asked ahead via email.
Restaurant menu was just ok.

Beautiful spot, but could be better located.
Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. My room looking over the pool was well located.
A little far from the beach, we expected closer. Luckily had a car for day trips as well.
