Tepid food, breakfast and evening meal. Staff didn't acknowledge us on arrival.

Very nice, comfy family room. Well equipped, clean, warm.

Staff didn't welcome us on arrival. Evening carvery meal cold. Yorkshire pudding for breakfast was a surprise, never offered that before, again cold. Other items of breakfast tepid warm but edible.

Ideal location for an overnight stay.

The bedroom and spacious bathroom had been refurbished, and was well appointed, clean and fresh. Easy to adjust radiator and not a noisey fan. The room was pleasantly quiet, and ample well lit parking on site.

I was very disappointed as there was no hot water - so I couldn't enjoy a lovely shower in the morning. This was rectified during breakfast, but this was too late as I was travelling on.

Stayed for four nights and not once was our room cleaned no clean towels fresh sheets nothing I also requested a downstairs room only to find we had been given a room upstairs the whole experience was dreadful. We have always stayed at your establishment we have stayed several times over the years so feel very let down by this experience.
