Whole place had a much more luxurious feel than I was expecting tbh.

Breakfast, gym, were excellent. Rooms are super comfortable, quiet, modern and spotless. The U is less than 100m from the front entrance.

As a lot of folks mention, the fact you have to pay for the pool - but I didnt realize there were water aerobic classes, etc.

Titanic the Wonder!

Wowza! This hotel is a stunner! The vibes are just right, the spot is primo, and the staff is top-notch. The breakfast spread is fit for royalty, and don't even get me started on the welcome drink and note. We were ready to throw a housewarming party right then and there. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Our room and the bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The location was central and U-Bahn Station just in front of the entrance . The breakfast was very good and full of variety.

Unprofessional problem-solving!

The publicity on Booking.com promises to have access to their pool area and for this reason i have booked this hotel (see screenshot) In fact you have NO access to their wellness area at all, nothing included in their pricing. They told me that a picture had a mark on it, But in fact this is not legally valid, nor would i scroll through all of their pictures to find a description on the wellness area. Descriptions should be in the Description area. I have raised the issue to 2 different receptionist that their publicity is misleading and wrong. NO problem solving at all, no compensation, nothing! For such a huge hotel this is super unprofessional and an insult to the customer. Never again just for this unprofessional and arrogant way of dealing with it! Everything was excellent, staff very helpful, the bar area was very inviting, very high level of cleanliness, the facilities were unbeatable particularly the spa and pool area. Totally chilled experience and cannot wait to return back to this hotel.

There was nothing I didnt like.
