Great location and staff. Would stay again

The host and staff are very friendly. The room was big and comfortable. The host helped arrange transportation. Breakfast was good.

I had to book somewhere else for new year, but even though I was in a good hotel we came back to the Tissas Inn just to eat some great food! That's how satisfied I was.

Good boutique hotel

Good location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Water from the shower leaked onto the floor flooding the bathroom. No wifi in bedroom was told at checkout that there was a dongle available which would have been helpful to have been given this information earlier.

Very big comfortable room. Service was excellent. Quick to resolve any issues. Breakfast is excellent. Close to main part of kochi.

Shower was incredibly powerful, no easy way to control the water pressure. It was nice and hot though.

A cosy oasis in Fort Kochi

The location along a main street not far from the main toursty area of Fort Kochi was perfect. The building itself and the decoration of the house was beautiful. The room was quiet even though the property is next to the main street. It was an easy and nice walk (less than 10 mins) through interesting streets to the main tourst area. The shops nearbly just outside the Inn were very convenient and I got my local sim card from a shop oppoposite. Room was comfortable and clean without much view (but it is alright). Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel was great too and reasonably priced. Service was professional yet warm.

Highly recommended. We very much enjoyed staying at Tissas Inn. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Great location and excellent service. Nice rooms, comfy bed, and quiet.

WiFi did not work well in our second floor room. They need to install a booster network. Eero is a good and inexpensive option.

We left with no complaints and only good memories.

Tissa's Inn is a carefully curated work of art both literally and figuratively. We have never been in an inn with more beautiful, interesting art on the walls of the rooms, dining room, hallways, and more. The staff was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and always available -- excellent service with a genuine smile. The chef of the in-house, air-conditioned restaurant was very accommodating, making a special delicious soup for my wife one day when she was catching a cold.

We have no suggestions for improvement. We loved our stay.

Easy and comfortable stay with personal and friendly service

Very comfortable with friendly, hard-working staff and excellent service. Easy check-in and check-out. Also provided transport from the Airport and then on to Alleppey with no fuss. Breakfast was good, location good, and the swimming pool and rooftop lounge area a real bonus.

Nothing to complain about.
