The place is particularly peaceful, . A very welcoming team very available, The building, its interior courtyard full of superb green plants where you can enjoy very good breakfasts or delicious meals.

Comfortable good value in central Kochin.

The fact that it is very central and that it is a lovely 200 year old building with very thick walls which keep it quiet and cool. The courtyard Warehouse restaurant was a good inexpensive place to eat and away from the busy streets. The food was consistently very good and there was little need to eat elsewhere. Good value and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing really. Think it would be best to go for one of the large upstairs superior rooms like we had rather than the smaller downstairs ones which could be a bit cramped and hot?

Lovely old building with a nice courtyard. Staff was very helpful and.assisted us in organizing a houseboat for the next day. Great location in the Fort area. Restaurant was also great. Great value!

Room is a bit dated with so many different switches, would be helpful to label them and upgrade the furniture a bit.

Great, but could use improvement!

Spacious rooms,comfortable beds, friendly staff, amazing restaurant with lovely setting, lush greenery.

Rooms could have been more user friendly. Bedside tables, shower curtains so the entire floor didn't get wet, bath mats would have been good additions for guest comfort.

Wonderful stay in a great location with super friendly staff. Totally recommend.

Great location, 3 minutes away from Vasco da Gama square, with a lot of nice shops and cafes in the area. The place itself is very quiet and its got a great inner courtyard where you can relax, enjoy a fresh fruit juice, a lassi or the food from the restaurant which is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Suveesh, who helped us with booking train tickets or other activities.

As the inner courtyard is very green, there are many mosquitoes there, so make sure to wear repellent or sit at one of the tables that have a fan above.
