The hotel upgraded us without us asking for it. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was walking distance to all the sites.

Typical polite well meaning staff with poor management. .

Good beds and AC. Close to ferry. Breakfast okay. Let us checkout a hour late. Nice staff.

Mosque has massive speakers aimed directly at the hotel. WiFi barely works. Internet not on small TV. Stinking plumbing. Black mold on AC vents, even in lobby. Greasy forehead and handprints on room windows. Lots of evidence of lacking attentive cleaning. Restaurant bland and slow.

Good price for money.

We wanted to catch the ferry to Zanzibar, so it was a very convenient location. Also very close to the fish market and other main sights in Dar Es Salaam. The room was large and spacious.

The shower was clean, but looked like it was in need of a renovation (leaky). This hotel is located very close to the Mosque, so you are woken up very early in the morning.

Location is good.Staff is very friendly and helpful.They are very attentive to their guests. Good place to stay at. Transportation facilities are good.

In their breakfast,they should change the menu at least on alternate days because they keep the same thing every day.I think it should be changed.

Not much, they actually don't care. Not the staff, not the management.

The room described as 605sqft is actually around 350, just over half of the size published on booking.com. You can count the tiles on the floor to measure easily. When I asked for the room that I paid for, the staff asked me if I used the room.... I mean how can I not use the room that he just put in, plus he didn't care that he put me in wrong room. The bathroom is falling apart. Shower is a shambles. I. Never got the larger room in the end. I wrote 2 emails to management that they have mis sold the room about this, but no response yet. THIS FRAUD
