Guests praised the Three Cranes Boutique Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic bar. The historic building has been beautifully renovated and is conveniently located near t (Read More)he city centre. One guest particularly enjoyed the separate kitchen/living room space and comfortable bed. Another visitor stopped in for a drink and appreciated the friendly barman and reasonable prices. Overall, the hotel comes highly recommended for its hospitality and amenities.

Was ok for the money but we wouldnt return sorry

The property was in a good location, the staff were very friendly snd rooms was spacious and clean

The things I didnt like was the mattress we had in room 3 definitely need replacing not sure if its just this room or all but it was saggy and flat and we both woke feeling stiff and didnt sleep particularly well. The second thing to mention was we went out and came home around half 10, the heating wasnt on and didnt fire up till around 1/2am although there is plug in heaters they didnt heat the room enough and we was both freezing cold. I think guests should be able to control the temperature to suit there own needs some like to be hot computable or cool and this definitely made it a little more of a uncomfortable stay. Other than that everything was lovely and the staff was very welcoming on our arrival. Would we stay hwre again unfortunately not but thanks for having us this time

the room felt really homely, and cozy, nice and warm but also had a fan if needed. Beds were comfy, TVs upstairs and downstairs have access to netflix and youtube which was great, no complaints about the room at all, the full property looks stunning will definitely be going back. Great value for money

The only thing i didnt like about the property was the stairs were very steep and when staying on the top floor they were quite a pain to use.

Very disappointing indeed.....

The staff were lovely and dealt with our arrival and initial complaints very promptly and professionally. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the recommended car park is reasonably priced and very close indeed.

Oh dear...objectively the room was dirty and dusty and a number of photographs were taken and provided to the manager following departure. Tables were not wiped down, the floor was not swept, there was rubbish found behind the bedside tables and a wet towel was rolled up and left on the bed. Absolutely unacceptable for a room costing over 200. The kitchen facilities were very basic - we found one only set of cutlery and the fridge was dirty with a non-functioning ice box. The hospitality (tea tray) offering was very basic and overall the room wasn't particularly well furnished or welcoming. For us, we felt this experience was in no way 'boutique'. An email of complaint with photographs was not responded to. The sound deadening between ourselves and the next room was very poor and we were disturbed for a considerable amount of time during the night and could hear the occupants very clearly during the day. We visited Sheffield for my husband's birthday and even he was moved to complain, as it really spoilt the experience. We were offered a free drink at the bar and free breakfast, which was appreciated, but we had really had enough by the time we checked out.
