Terrible apart from nice staff

The pool is lovely and had a lovely view. All staff apart from the spa staff are really nice and accommodating. Spa staff were nice but unprofessional.

The property is extremely run down. Its awful and does not look like the pictures. There were leaks and mould everywhere, the bathroom sink tap was falling off, the bedroom floor tiles were broken and wobbly. Everything was just pretty broken and there was a lot of leaks and mould in the communal areas. The owners need to spend some serious money on it. The gym and spa were horrendous. The spa treatment was awful and the staff extremely unprofessional, so much in fact I stopped them to end them massage.

View. Location Helpful reception staff and Manager. Breakfasts. Good fan and A/C

Broken taps in bathroom. Damaged sliding door catch. Distance from shower to towel rail!. No suitable shaver or adaptor in bathroom. Had to shave in bedroom with no mirror.

Superb

Stunning views of the city, great location and attentive staff

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The view from the room was spectacular as was the view from the infinity pool. The staff were very attentive especially the manager Marcus. Irfan was also very helpful. The location feels far out of town at first but its actually within walking distance to the temple, kandyan culture centre and the city.

I was trying to call the airline about my lost luggage but was unable to ring through the switchboard as it wouldnt connect.

The hotel is beautiful! The location is perfect, it has the view to the whole city and to the natural surrounding. Pool is also spectacular. People are so kind and polite. I would definitely love to come back here. I would reccomend this place to everyone visiting Kandy for few days.

The dining area could be a bit cleaner, especially windows, for the sake of the clear view on the beautiful surroundings...

Cosy place to stay in Kandy

Excellent location, surrounded by trees. Walking distance to Kandy town. Well maintained garden, rooms, pool, etc.

Didn't have facility to wash vehicle. Buffet spread didn't change much between the meals.

Hope we could have spent some more days

The room was big and clean, and quite comfy. There are amazing views of Kandy from the swimming pool. The girl in the reception was super kind and facilitated our stay a lot.

The buffet from the restaurant could be improved.
