The staff is accommodating and polite, and the front desk is full of sincere people. The truffle fries at Peak 47 are highly recommended. The lodge is relaxing and peaceful, even when full. Highly recommended compared to a stiffer and ruder alternative.

A relaxing mini-moon

My wife and I went to the Whiteface Lodge for our mini-moon, right after our wedding in November. Our stay was incredible - the room size was massive, and the bed and living area were very comfortable and well appointed. The guest facilities were amazing (including a small gym and game room, hot-tub and indoor pool), and the food at the restaurants was delicious. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning, and the complimentary cookies! We went during the off season so it was extremely quiet and peaceful during our trip, which we really appreciated and needed. Will be going back again!

Romantic and cozy must visit resort!

We visited for our anniversary and were extremely pleased with this resort! SUPER clean and the most comfortable place I've stayed in a while. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! Loved the outdoor pool, hot tubs, and walking the beautiful and manicured grounds. We did not get a chance to use the spa, but every aspect of this resort was spot on! Loved the movie theater and game rooms and all the cozy spaces with a warm fire every night to hang out at and meet other couples.

A bit pricey, but I would still go again! Wish the resturant in house had a little more options, but what we ordered was delicious!

Beautiful facility, great location, excellent staff!

We had 4 breakfasts and 3 dinners on site. Meals were inconsistentsome were poorly prepared while others were very good.

Very pretty and clean. Had a lot of activities to do.

The breakfast really doesn't have a lot to choose from and the beds/pillows are really not comfortable at all. The room was also a bit chilly the entire stay as well we had to keep the fire on the whole time.

We will be back. Ive also recommended it to other people for a nice long, relaxing and fun filled weekend.

Everything was excellent, and will be on our initial expectations. The staff and facilities were outstanding. I also liked all the extracurricular activities (fishing, smores, campfires, etc.). The restaurants and bar were also outstanding.

Up scale hotel, expensive, with lack of up scale points.

Very nice decorated, nice size room, very comfortable.

Very poor coffee. Breakfast suits only North American guests. There is a poor selection for non American guests- no proper espresso coffee, no cheese varieties, no fresh vegetables.

The lodge was excellent! Very clean and spacious rooms. Lots of extras to be enjoyed ( movie theater, bowling, smores, hot tub). Well definitely be back.
