Superb

On the whole, excellent

The Westin is a great hotel!

Breakfast was at a certain time but when we went down on time and early everything was already put away and cleaned up. We had to wait a long while to be served a breakfast from a menu.

Came as a staycation to kick off our holiday season and it worked out exactly the way I I was hoping it would!

The location, and the rooms were awesome!

My husband and I have been coming here for many years for our anniversary but we were very disappointed.

High floor, good view, hot shower

Emergency warnings came over the intercom in our room to stand by but then they just left us hanging and never cancelled them or explained anything further. Also, very loud and not able to sleep well, police or emergency sirens all night long. TV wouldnt work half the time. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. There was still blue painters tape on the wall that must have been there since remodeling.

Pleasant

It was a good location

I didnt like that I was charged twice for the room after being assured I would not be as it was a concern for me after reading some of the reviews. Just beware that double charging is a definite possibility.

It was fun but could have been better.

The employees were great

The bathtub wasnt as clean as I shouldve been I found hairs from someone else. The bed was way too hard for having to pay almost $300 for one night.

The breakfast was quite good although the setup was awkward with the bar being used for seating. The hostess should be outside the bar area to prevent guests from just wandering in and sitting anywhere. We were there on a very busy morning. Coming by train the location Beas perfect.

For $400 a night wi-fi should be included! Seems very petty.

Physically nice but the worst headache of a stay Ive had in years.

Room was nice

We pre paid for our room through booking.com and the hotel proceeded to charge us twice for the room after that. So basically they held up $500 in charges from our bank account and had no care in the world. Just said it would take 5-7 business days to fix it. Didnt offer any points or discounts or anything. CHECK YOUR CHARGES! Im sure this isnt the first time this has happened. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never have had this problem before.
