The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is praised for its great location, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities. However, one reviewer complained about noise from the elevator shaft in their initial room, bu (Read More)t the hotel promptly moved them to a different room. The food at the conference was delicious and the hotel is considered the best Marriott in downtown Vancouver. Some minor drawbacks include parking being across the street and occasional noise disruptions from rowdy children. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is excellent.

Great people working here. Marina from the front desk was incredibly helpful and nice! We loved the harbor and mountain view from our room. The overall experience was fantastic, and we look forward to returning next year.

Enjoyable and convenient
Geoffrey at front desk was incredibly helpful getting us breakfast to the room in 10 mins while the buffet restaurant had a 1 hour wait. Way to go Geoffrey at front desk!!
1 hour wait for buffet breakfast due to shortage of staff to wait tables at 10 am Friday Dec 29th switched to room service after discussing with front desk Geoffrey who cared for us directly in 10 mins !!

Amazing views quiet peaceful clean lots of space in rooms
They took 2 different amounts out of my credit card and never returned it to me said it was my bank, then bank said the hotel needs to release the holding funds and then it will be returned messaged hotel they said bank has it and they released it be careful when you book they may charge you twice!! Im still waiting over a month later for it to be returned

Ok.. but not excellent. The details in service where not there.
Location en view of the room
Room itself was not ok. Sheet with stain and not working telephone. Not all the lights where working. Looked that they had single glass? So it got damped in the morning. The coffee bar in the hotel was great but service tot that great. Stressful and rude waiters. Hotel staff was ok.. but I stayed also in a other hotel during my stay. There the service was better. I found it here impersonal. Just put a very good doorman Im place. One that make you feel at home. Here it felt Inpersonal. They did gave us a other room and where flexible regarding to breakfast. Due to medical reasons we couldnt come down to have breakfast.

Fantastic way to spend the holidays!
the hotel is beautiful and we had a harbour view which was great. The staff were exceptional. Great pet friendly hotel!
They could have hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels etc.

Excellent short getaway. Wish I could have stayed longer.
The view of the Lake and Mountain is incredible. My room overlooked the pool. Fantastic!
