Home away from home

Centrally located in the heart of Vancouver, cleanliness, accommodating and kind staff who made a person feel welcome and at home each time you walk in the door or need anything.

There was nothing not to like. This is a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone visiting Vancouver to stay here.

The furniture and aesthetics were very modern and fun! It was in an area where you could walk to multiple great coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were all incredibly nice. They also were very kind about my dog.

It was a little loud on the first floor on a Friday night, given that there are multiple bars nearby.

Funky decor which is clean and tidy. Tiny, noisey rooms.

Tiny rooms. No room for cases. Very tight squeeze. Walls are paper thin. Can hear people Talking clearly in hallway and next room.

Fun, funky & friendly

Love the funkiness of the hotel! Makes you feel like you are having a whole experience, not just a place to crash. Fun but upscale renovated old building in the heart of the downtown entertainment district. Staff was amazing & super friendly! Very clean facilities and complimentary happy hour drink at The Living Room next door was the cherry on top.

Lighting in the rooms is not the best (especially for applying makeup) but thats a minor detail that I can forgive because everything else was exceptional.

The style and design is amazing. Extremely friendly and nice receptionist.Location couldn't be better. Room was super clean.

For breakfast I would extend options of buffet or change the price. Restaurants just around corner have better options.

I could hear the men in the room next to me pretty clearly but other than that I was very satisfied.

The room was very quiet. Double pained windows loved the decor of the room and surrounding hotel. Restaurant downstairs was very good and fun decor as well, 5* quality food. The service was genuine and great! guest services was very kind and available via text for possible extra needs. I would very much recommend this hotel. Probably the best service Ive ever had, anywhere!
