Lovely place and location was perfect

Location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, extra touches like wine and champagne. Snacks in the morning.

Lovely hotel, would stay there again.

Excellent location. Room was nice, clean, good size. Certain staff BM went above and beyond, the bellhops throughout the trip greeted us and opened the door when leaving and arriving - nice high end touch. Beautiful art as well.

Our room was through a stairwell.and basically at the end of a path including a few sets of stairs. Was a lot to manage luggage.

I felt like I was in a place where they truly wanted you to be their guest vs just a hotel stay.

Been to Charleston many times but first time staying here. Location is perfect, the service was excellent as well. Complimentary breakfast on door everyday, Champaigne when I checked. Will stay there again.

Good stay. We had a good time and it was cole to everything we wanted to do.

The breakfast was a nice touch. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect right in the middle of the action in old town Charleston. Everything was walkable.

I wasnt really happy to find that immediately following providing the Vendue with a phone number for chatting with the staff, we became inundated with spam texts. Very uncool.

Fun hotel in a delicious city!

The hotel had a great vibe. Loved the colors and art. Breakfast on the door was fun!

Even though the room was comfortable, I didnt like that it didnt have any windows.

It was all the little extra touches, the rooms were well appointed and the staff were so friendly. Every morning there was a bag on your door with croissants, muffins, fruit and butter and silverware. For my husband and me this was perfect as we are not breakfast people, it was just enough to get us started for the day. In the lobby throughout the day there were different treats, something called Chewie's they are fabulous, you have to try them, and sherry available. In the evening when you're returning to your room, a couple evenings they had individual bags with two chocolate chip cookies and milk on ice. The location was great and the valet parking is a nice amenity, although we only used it once, because we found parking on the streets within a block or two of our hotel.
