Short and sweet

Rooms were spacious,well set out,hotel in quite a good location

Food was good

Sadly, there were a few points: heating was cool and was unable to adjust it, the phone did not work, the bed was a tad hard, and parking was not on site.

Brilliant thank you!

The room was very big and lots of space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing with a bath and another rainful shower that was separate. The restaurant was amazing value, my Grandsons and my very big Son enjoyed it The staff were really helpful and were very conscientious .

Unable to sleep due to window being in open and locked position so unable to close. As a result the room was very cold and noisy due to the waste facility outside my window and rubbish trolleys going up and down most of the night! A very nice room spoilt by an easily solved problem which when reported the next day was rectified but now window is in locked and closed position! Why cant it just be left so that occupant is able to open and close window as required. An otherwise very pleasant room totally spoilt by this and impacted on the whole weekend. A refund would certainly be in order!

We didn't have room as requested The room we got the beds weren't comfortable and there was a loud noise all night so we couldn't sleep Not a good night

Evening food was good, fast and efficient booking in.

The Electric plugs didn't work in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, and our breakfast was cold and unappetising

Wonderful

Loved the rainfall shower lovely and hot very spacious room. Big TV nice views so overall a great stay

The only thing I didnt like was the fact that you couldnt take food up to your room

Room not cleaned or checked as dirty socks left in bottom of side table Asked for more milk none brought to room had to wait until next morning and lovely cleaner was really helpful
