Very good

A lovely location in close proximity to the city centre.

Everythong was lovely! The hosts were wonderful, the location was close to the city centre by foot and the breakfast was lovely too.

Only thing was the room was cold, it was snowing on one of the days though to be fair.

Excellent!

We wanted a comfortable cozy and homely stay and that's exactly what we got. Bed was so comfortable and breakfast was superb. Excellent choices and freshly prepared. Hosts were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. House was very charming and full of character fitting to it's era. In quiet cul desac and close to centre.

Staff were excellent, building needed some TLC

Breakfast was okay. Location was very good. Parking was also very good.

Was cold and hot water was Luke warm. Single glazing. Ensuite very cold. Didn't even try the shower.

Location was brilliant for getting into York. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The room was adequate for a short stay.

Exceptional

Very nice host! It was a great experience and much better than chain hotels. The breakfast was freshly made and they even made sure we had gluten free toast. Lovely, Spiros and Yanes are amazing.
