Booked 5 hotel rooms for 2nights at this hotel. Made booking 2months in advance thru booking.com..
Check in process was very slow.. it took nearly 1 and half hour for us to get to all of our room. 5 rooms different levels. In the midst of the chaotic situations the 12 of us are in, your staff upgraded some of our rooms without informing us at all, creating more chaos and mix ups as we have already arranged the rooms accordinglyto suit, as I have mentioned before, my father in law is wheelchair bound and I have 5 teens to handle.
At 12 midnight,omeone opened my daughter room which is at level 6. Our Daughter call us crying saying someone tried to force open the door. We wanted to go to level 6 but unfortunately the access card we have was only to our level(which is very inconvenient) we ran to the lobby and requested them to retrieve the CCTV footage. At first they were reluctant to retrieve it and said that need to have police report etc etc.. but after further discussion with the hotel manager YADI, he decided to retrieve the CCTV footage without a police report.. and after a few minutes of waiting, he told me that the CCTV did not capture any movement outside my daughter's room(it's still a mystery)
Waiting time for the lift was a disaster. Hotel consist of 20 levels - 25 rooms on every level with only 3 lifts! The longest waiting time to go down to the lobby was 30mins!
Safebox was not working, telephone in our rooms are not functioning. Wifi was very slow.
Not recommended and will not return again to this hotel. Only booked here as Hatten hotel was fully booked and I was too busy to look through google reviews and depended on Booking.com reviews as per norm. But alas. Have stayed so many hotels before but this is the worst.
