Wonderful place but please inspect your bathrooms after cleaning staff!

Wonderful location, cozy lobby, nice restaurant (pricey but quality food), there is a nice hiking/mountain bike trail on campus with beautiful views of the lake. And in the evening, the place does not look deserted: there are residents hanging out, it was great.

The room was fine, the bathroom was OK. However, after I stepped into the shower, I realized it was soapy and slippery. I found several long pieces of hair in the floor and realized either the shower had not been cleaned at all or, most likely, it was cleaned but the water did not drain fast and soapy water just dried and i rinsed. In addition, the sink had a large ball of hair clogging it more than 70%, causing water to drain slowly.

The hotel is great. Also the restaurante is great. But it is not open at noon.

I did not like that the restaurante was not open at noon.

I had a wonderful stay, always enjoy the hotel location.

The staff was friendly and my daughter that attends BC State enjoyed the carved pumpkins on display in the lobby. It was very festive.

Not much, the rooms are dark and very basic, the lobby looks good but thats about all.

Great overnight experience, will definitely return in the future.

Upon arrival the reception person was quite pleasant. The room was a decent size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delicious - had crispy edges.

Only a nit pick item, the hotel didnt have breakfast registered as paid for through Booking.com, but showing them the receipt and confirmation info, they provided the voucher and off we went to breakfast.

Pleasant

Great convenience and location. Not the best value for the price.

The location was very convenient to campus. The bed was comfortable. The service was friendly.

The. housekeeping staff did not ensure that our entry door was fully latched, so we were able to open it without a key upon our return to the room. Breakfast took a long time to be served and was so-so.
