    The best thing about this hotel is the location. They have bidets in the rooms, but if you book a room with disability features then you get the added bonus of having hose (the showerhead for your bum my Muslim friends). So if you want that, ask for a room with disability access.
    The rooms are relatively small, and despite booking the category of rooms, they are still different in size. Avoid booking corner rooms (or rooms "Single" rooms), because as soon as you enter that room, you'll be faced with the back edge of your bed. Very bad. Staff not very helpful either, except for the Egyptian guy called Emad, at least he tried to help. Overall, not very hospitable staff. Cleanliness of the rooms is also mediocre, they will change the sheets and replace the towels, but don't expect them to wipe the dust of the tables or console, so if you have allergies good luck.

    A very well maintained hotel that had a fantastic Rooftop restaurant.
    Even though we paid for Room & Breakfast for our stay, Boiled or Scrambled eggs were an option for breakfast, but Fried eggs were charged extra @ 4.00 per person. That is an additional 8.00 for 2 eggs each day. Also, Our bedroom was lovely but when a couple has to share 1 chair for 2 persons that is not adequate for a room costing over 300.00 per night, which included 1 Tea Bag per day between 2 people. Teabags were available in Reception at 2 euros each. Cans or Bottles of mineral were 5 per can.

    We travel very often but this price for this hotel is soo high. - ventilation in the bathroom is no existing. - plastic for the turn of - turn on lights is so old and damaged. This is not big deal but for this price everything must shine.

    Many better options in the city, dont waste your time and money here.
    Probably only the location is fine, many better options in the city.
    The cleanliness, breakfast is very poor in variety and quality, the reception staff are unfriendly and difficult. In general you dont feel like a guest in hotel where the priority is satisfy you, thats the least interest.

    Great central location and amazing roof bar/terrace!
    Good location in the centre of Milan. Nice breakfast and very large and spacious room. Roof terrace had amazing views!
    Only 1 bathrobe when we booked with 2 guests- was not given an extra one during whole stay. Having to pay extra for different eggs or avocado at breakfast was odd.
