The staff service, especially the receptionists (Malik and Ezra) were exceptionally helpful and professional. Well done and thanks for your assistance throughout our stay.
The location is also very very central and conveniently located in the heart of Copenhagen.
The rooms were a bit tight, but I guess that is to be expected in city center hotels. The other thing we had to get used to were the small square pillows, which is standard for the region, but takes a bit of getting used to. It would be great if the hotel would offer normal wide pillow options as well.

The location was great for a short stay. It was very central and easy walking distance to all the tourist sites and restaurants.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a twin room for 2 adults but the beds were too close together. The staff did try to move the beds further a part, for us, they even offered us another room but the distance between the beds was the same in all rooms.
Guests had to go down to reception for toilet paper and to ask for the room to be cleaned. I was not aware of or have experience of this in a 4 star hotel before. Or any star rated hotel before for that matter. I think putting a simple, ' do not disturb /please clean my room', door hanger would work better.

Overall a good stay.
The hotel is right outside the metro station, very convenient to move around. Breakfast was excellent, there were some Danish favourites given.
