Its definitely not the hotel which deserves to be called 4 Stars hotel, more 3 Stars.

Its close to the city centre and nice locations.

The Concierge (Men) were not friendly at all. They didnt even want to help us with the luggage when we struggle to carry it to the property due to my husband injured his shoulder and cant carry heavy stuffs. Nevertheless, the Lady concierge was super nice, shes very helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to eat. Thank you. There is no coffee machine and water bottle provided to the guests similar to other European hotel. The cleaner didnt replace our cups after we used it, so we need to wash the dirty cups ourselves and reuse it.

Great location, cosy bed but wallpaper disconcerting.

Breakfast was really very good. They charge for nice coffee though which should have been included in the price.

My room had the most horrible red pattern wallpaper which have me a headache. Also there was a baby in the adjoining room which was separated by a door and I could hear crying in the night.

Location is very good .

Heating system isnt great. We asked heat up but fan couldnt stop.- Cool air comes!- They put extra small electric stove.

Nice hotel in Stockholm

Location is great, a lot of nice restaurants and bars in the area, room was neat and clean

Room was super tiny, half of it had tilted ceiling as it was a top floor which didnt allow to stand in full height and required to walk there squatting
