Disappointing

Not worth the price!

I liked the magnificient hall and pool. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with plenty of choice and delicious meals.

The check in experience was ok but the waiting line not with only one staff member. The bathroom is old for this standard. The iphone charger from another age. The spa is average with a sauna not at temparature and a haman way too hot. The worse was the customer service for a reservation change - they did not understand, no confirmation email and wanted to kick us out one day before.

Excellent stay at RC Riyadh

I had a lovely stay at the Ritz Riyadh. I wanted to especially thank Khawlah at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality, Aseel for an amazing tour of the property, and Jory for her friendliness at breakfast. The property is stately and huge in size, but the best part was the friendliness of the staff.

people are very kind but service and hotel old and I think they give worest room

big and old

service late , water in bathroom yellow not clean , electric bulges burned like from one month ago and not working I late for my meeting because problem of water take more than 12 hours then they change my room and they give me sweet and more time for check out extra two hours but what can I do with that I miss my meeting because of this problem and my child was used the dirty water then he has sensitive in his skin that was big mistake choosing this hotel

What would I say to review one of the finest hotels in the world. The lobby is grand and awe inspiring. The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Plus they have a lot of activities on national day which was fun for the kids. The pools is also amazing. And they have a good cigar lounge.

The cigars in the lounge were overpriced. There should be more kids activities.
