    There was no safety handle in the shower. Foor in the shower was slippery. The taps in the shower were completely polished cylinders without grips. The weight scale was not working. One day the window was left open so the heating, due to switch on the window, was not working we froze until find out what was the problem

    The hotel is beautiful, particularly when decorated for Christmas. Our room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at POTS restaurant one evening and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend eating there if you are staying in the hotel. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate. There is a tube station right outside the hotel which can get you all over the city.
    We had to wait for about 10 minutes when we arrived for someone at reception to acknowledge us. There were three people there but apparently they thought we were with the people in front of us. Service at the restaurant and bar was quite slow. It was fine but given it was the Ritz I expected the service to be outstanding and I wouldn't say it was that. The pool area was lovely but the pool itself was really cold.

    Loved everything about my stay!
    Minor issue, but the ground floor/reception smelled like fish is being cooked most of the time. I understand it's because they have a sushi restaurant, but something to note for improvement.
