Very good

Apartment was ok, very florida-like, pretty much everything you could expect. Host Roberto was really helpful with all the detailed self check-in instructions. And was really responsive for the small request we had. As mid December nights happen to be rather chilly, it was a nice surprise that pool was heated.

The beach access path across the road was flooded after the storm few nights before. And you find it out that it's impassable just 2/3 into it :) So after the storm it's better to take the path a block further.

Spacious 2-bedroom with very comfortable king bed and location to the Village was perfect! Pool was heated and pool-area was very inviting!

Shower doors were installed backward, and previous guests food was left in refrigerator.

Excellent property. Clean, new and great location

Roberto welcomed us warmly at check in and the property was new and clean. Great hospitality!

Wish we had more time and could stay longer to really enjoy all the property has to offer. Just a quick weekend this time, but well come again.

A good choice for a stay at Siesta Key and if you are traveling with family, even better.

I love the beach at Siesta Key and the hotel was minutes walking from the beach. The location was also close to several pubs and restaurants. Clean room, excellent extras, and communications from staff was on point.

As someone who is old school, I would have liked to meet someone at check in.

Perfect location, close to beach, close to restaurants and bars. Perfect. Effortless check-in and check out. Best kept secret on Siesta Key. Better than expected. We'll definitely be back.
