The projection of the property was very misleading

Our room was dirty and the shower products werent filled. The restaurant had specials on there menu that they didnt have all the ingredients for or ran out they said even though the restaurant didnt open until 4:00pm and we got there at 6:30pm. If youre open from 4:00-9:00 that short of period you should have enough of all your specials. Kids were running around and yelling in the restaurant dining room without the staff saying anything about it. Huge gaps at the top and bottom of the door. Several other customers that had dogs wouldnt keep them from barking all the time and there were kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming and hitting doors

Location, size. Fire pits and also gave us goodie. Pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was very nice and enjoyed the variety of offerings and Starbucks coffeenice updates throughout the hotel and enjoyed the bar area as well.

Ridgeline needs to be more courteous with visitors or hir a concierge.

Location

Staff was not very helpful. Especially female staff. Wouldnt answer questions about the area. Asked to speak to manager twice but she never complied.
