Superb

The best stay in Bangkok

The hotel was everything and more. It was clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were so lovely and more than happy to help. Great restaurants around the area.

The hotel was a bit far from the BTS station but fortunately the hotel provides a shuttle service every hour and a half.

Comfortable nights sleep

Rooftop pool (unheated, as is normal in Bangkok), good wifi and clean room with massive bed, about 7ft wide! Great breakfast and very smiley chef. You can walk to Sukhumvit and Asok MRTs in about 12 mins and they have a shuttle bus to them too, at certain times throughout the day.

Balcony was tiny, you cant sit out on it.

Superb

Excellent value for money hotel in a fantastic location.

Location is fantastic, rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool and gym are great.

The balcony wasnt useable with no furniture and a view of a car park.

Quiet gem in noisy city

Very convenient to MRT & BTS right next to a motorbike station (if youre happy catching motorbike taxis) - quiet gem in noisy city

Lobby is very small (often overcrowded with guests either checking in or checking out. Would be great if you had a check in desk & a check out desk in different area - would make the hotel more welcoming & less frenetic

Excellent located hotel to the Emporium shopping Malls

The location was walking distance to Emporium shopping centre and several Irish bars. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and gym was good. The breakfast was nice but there was no bacon to accompany the choice of eggs made to order. Lots of choice.

The hotel is located on the road bend and this is a busy short cut. The glazing was inadequate to stop the noise from the scooters accelerating out of the corner. Maybe ask for a room at the rear if you are a light sleeper.

There was no water or cold water in the room. Electrical installation was burning in the room which triggered a fire alarm on our floor. If we did not insist they would not change the room.
