The arrival was very convenient. Taxi collected me from the pier for free. The view was astonishing. Looks like in movies. The host was welcome and spoke fluent English (which is not common for Thai hosts). The pool was tidy-clean with clear water and amazing view. I also could control the lights inside the pool. The beds were super comfortable. The best beds Ive experienced during my trip in Thailand. The shower was with hot water and decent current (which is not common for Koh Tao properties). The parking was free and convenient.

The main problem were the ants. I think the kitchen should be cleaned very thoroughly every day including spraying some detergents against insects. Having kitchen paper towels would be superb.. But given the villa is in the middle of jungle (and called Plantation), it totally makes sense that there are some insects. Additionally, the road upside to the villa is tricky. So better having 160CC bikes for *each* guest. During the rain you should be a confident rider to climb the mountain with a bike. On my last night there was a storm and electricity cut all over the island and simultaneously something weird happened to the main door. But the host made sure to deal with the situation.

Absolutely amazing!

We had the most amazing stay at the plantation. Everything was amazing. Clean, modern and the views are incredible to wake up to. Everything is very well organised and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Could not recommend this place more!

Far away from everything (by foot). No restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner. However, they do have some menu's from restaurants with delivery in the room. No reception, so make sure you were in contact with the property before check in

Spacious room with amazing view a close walk from Sairee Beach

Amazing view from our room which was very spacious and lovely. Terrace looking out over the bay was incredible. A short walk into Sairee Beach.

WiFi was slow and some stains by the sink/mirror but otherwise it was all great!

We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

We loved everything about our stay at Plantations Koh Tao. The view is incredible and the splash pool divine.

The only thing that could have made it better would be a coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

really good views.

The views are exceptional, is totally worth it just for this.

We didn't even meet anyone from the property... you have nothing around and one they we need water and took one hour to bring us some bottles, with the price we paid, we expected more service. The hotel is a little further away and you have to go up, I would not recommend it for someone with reduced mobility.
