The historic nature of the building was a huge perk for them. Review 2: The check-in experience was not great, as the front desk was unattended. The room was not clean, with candy wrapper pieces and stains on the floor and walls. There were also maintenance issues with loose fixtures. The dining experience was decent, with a good Reuben sandwich and fantastic drinks. At checkout, non-hotel guests were seen going to the elevators. Review 3: The overall impression of the hotel was positive, with lovely decor and comfortable amenities. However, there were some annoying issues, such as inconsistent hot water and a non-working TV. The hotel also seemed short-staffed, leading to difficulties reaching the front desk. Review 4: The check-in service was terrible, with no acknowledgment of Hilton honors status and lack of information about the hotel. The room and the rest of the staff were nice and the location was excellent, but the late-night front desk staff was disappointing. Review 5: The staff was great and the food was good. This hotel is stunning beautiful and comfortable. The room design is so functional, yet still stylish. Love the location. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

We didnt stay here because they had a water leak and they offered us a stay somewhere else for free

Hotel without hot water

They have no hot water! We stayed for 2 nights, and I asked them about it at the first morning. They said sorry, it is an old building, we are working on it etc. And they offered a discount for both rooms!!! Unfortunately, I never received $ 200 discount. The hotel said to communicate with Booking.com, and Booking.com asked for details which were provided including the receipts were discount was mentioned but I never got my money back and it has been 1 month since we stayed in this hotel. So disappointing! The credit card was charged by the hotel, I called to talk to the manager, she wasn't there at that time, and she never called me back. Not sure what to do next. ... Will I stay there again? Probably not, I can't trust this place plus they are far away from the Old Market and have no hot water. :-(

Disappointing

Nice hotel. Staff not helpful when it comes to explaining parking. Book at a place with valet.

The stay was nice and the hotel was beautiful and clean.

Parking could be discribed better by staff. We were told it was across the street and was pointed directly across from the check in counter. Was told later by a guest it was to the left of the counter. We have a lifeted truck and went into the wrong parking garage and almost damaged our vehicle. This parking issue made actually getting into the hotel and enjoying our stay start off not so great. Probably woudn't stay again because of this miscommunication and almost damaging our vehicle.

Lack of hot water

Staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the on-site restaurant was good, location is great.

Only one thing that's keeping this place from a perfect review is that the hot water doesn't work very well. It only ever gets mildly warm, the staff is aware that it's an ongoing issue, and you can find plenty of reviews with the same complaint. Really a shame for an otherwise excellent hotel, but not having hot water at this price range is absurd.

Superb

Comfortable stay in downtown Omaha.

Nicely designed, loved the falcon theme. Comfy bed, blackout curtains, spacious bathroom, Nespresso with half n half (not powdered white stuff). Bartender was attentive, personable, efficient. Food was not restaurant quality, but the flatbread I had was good and nicely presented.

Not a dislike, but would suggest the hotel provide robes and better lighting in the bathroom (perhaps a lighted makeup mirror) would be appreciated.
