Water pressure wasnt any good. No heating on in the morning so we were cold

Disappointing

If water and heating could be sorted would stay again

Layout of room was excellent Food was excellent Waitress at dinner was very friendly and efficient

Wasn't able to have bath as water was not hot enough Despite radiators being on the rooms were cold.

Superb

A brilliant weekend with a lovely homely atmosphere- Thankyou to you all

Our weekend away in this hotel was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and more importantly they loved my two little dogs who were excited to meet everyone. The location was superb and I have no doubt we will be returning in the near future

Nice break in the countryside

Location was perfect for what we were in the local area for. Beautiful countryside all around. Food was great and staff were friendly. The property was clean as well.

No complaints while we were there however I sent the property a message a few days after our stay about an item I had left behind by mistake and to this date I havent had a response which is disappointing.

Very enjoyable, the staff were very helpful particularly the chef!

The breakfast was excellent in size and quality, the room was quirky but comfortable

Convenient location for Devenport House

Friendly staff and chef. Some initial confusion about our order but it was soon rectified. Chef, in fact, brought our delayed order to our room as we were tired after a long drive. Very convenient location for attending a wedding at Davenport House.

Extremely cramped room. One of the windows had a draught. The room was very cold when we arrived. It may be difficult for people to arrive before 10 pm, particularly when one is driving from far. Signposting could be better.
