Great location, great staff, good value for money.

Bed facilities, plenty of space, super clean, convenient location, good value for money. All staff in other hotels should be like in the reception here.

The fan in the bathroom was too noisy.

Superb

Comfortable, modern and clean.

We only stayed for 1 night, but the overall experience was great. We were stopping over during a long drive, so wanted a location not directly in the centre of Stuttgart. This location is perfect as it is a short walk to the nearest U-Bahn that will take you directly to the city centre. The rooms are spotless clean, and quite sizeable. The staff are helpful whenever they are needed. The bar is a very chilled place to relax also. I'm sure we'd have more positive things to write about if we had a longer stay, but considering how smooth everything was we'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Considering we only stayed 1 night, I can't really say we didn't like anything.

First the reception have us the first room en the first floor but was too noisy, after a telling them they changed the room to different floor.

Confortable and spacious bedroom

It was a nice comfortable hotel with all the amenities.

During the check in the receptionist was hostile to me, I was asking where was the parking lot, he didnt want to respond so he asked his colleague (I presumed since he spoke a different language) to explained me instead, his colleague was really nice and polite. The rest of the staff I got to meet during the check out were polite and nice too.

Horrible Stay- Unpleasant Experience and Poor Customer Service

As worker of a multinational company that travels a lot due to Business Issues I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE UNTIL THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR PROCEDURE. My company will not come back again !!! Please find below the reason: During my stay at The Nui Kettle in Vahingen, I encountered a distressing situation where an internal process error led to the necessity of claiming a payout twice for the payment of a booked night. The hotel failed to adequately check their booking procedures, resulting in me having to bear the financial burden of their mistake. What's particularly frustrating is that, despite the error being entirely on their end, I had to endure the loss of money for two months and invest significant time and effort in repeatedly claiming the refund. This not only affected my finances but also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, highlighting a serious lapse in the hotel's operational efficiency and customer service. The chaos in their procedures was evident, and the lack of communication from the management only exacerbated the situation. The workers displayed a level of disrespect that is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. What's even more disheartening is the complete absence of an apology from the hotel management, reflecting a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at The Nui Kettle until they address these internal issues and implement a customer-centric approach. My experience was not only frustrating but also highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and accountability on the part of the hotel.
