As worker of a multinational company that travels a lot due to Business Issues I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE UNTIL THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR PROCEDURE.

During my stay at The Nui Kettle in Vahingen, I encountered a distressing situation where an internal process error led to the necessity of claiming a payout twice for the payment of a booked night. The hotel failed to adequately check their booking procedures, resulting in me having to bear the financial burden of their mistake. What's particularly frustrating is that, despite the error being entirely on their end, I had to endure the loss of money for two months and invest significant time and effort in repeatedly claiming the refund. This not only affected my finances but also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, highlighting a serious lapse in the hotel's operational efficiency and customer service.
The chaos in their procedures was evident, and the lack of communication from the management only exacerbated the situation. The workers displayed a level of disrespect that is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. What's even more disheartening is the complete absence of an apology from the hotel management, reflecting a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.
I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at The Nui Kettle until they address these internal issues and implement a customer-centric approach. My experience was not only frustrating but also highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and accountability on the part of the hotel.
