The team is great - supportive and friendly, the breakfast was diverse, with many options to choose from. The hotel cares about the environment- the lights on the floors are turned on only if someone is there and you can get a free beverage instead of cleaning the room.
The carpet and curtains had stains, some design decisions were suboptimal (such as toilet paper under the soap) and the empty plates were not picked up during breakfast.

Rooms were not cery clean, stains in the wall, toilet brush full of microorganisms, shower a bit dirty. Some hair in the clean towels. Too expensive for all this.

Very accommodating, great price.
The location was great. Very walkable to public transit from the airport. The staff were very accommodating. I arrived before check-in time, so I sat in the lobby for about an hour, then they checked me in early. I got a room facing the water, and it was lovely. The room was a great size, the bathroom had amazingly hot water and great water pressure, and the TV/facilities worked well. I also love that they provided sunblock shades in addition to the curtains.
I wish they had larger comforters on the bed, but I'm sure I could've gotten an extra one had I asked. However, the heat worked well enough.

Clean and comfortable room. Good shower. Security safe in room. Free to come and go as I wished. Good size room.
A little further from the city centre than I would have liked, (app 15 minutes walk).
