Good stay, location accessible by metro

Very modern and clean, staff extremely helpful!

The room was a bit small but good enough. No mini fridge to store something but staff was kind enough to store some medicine in the refrigerator

Modern Hotel at a top location for a business stay in Munich

The location is excelent. Underground parking direct in the hotel. Late Checkout at 12am

The rooms come without a desk and chair. Therefore is hard to do some work i the room. There is no minibar. They dont provide water or a drinking glass. (Tap water is drinkable)

According to the online booking, I supposed to pay at the property during check-in and I even sent an email regarding my request to pay at the property by CASH. When we arrived the check in staff said that it was already deducted from our bank account. This caused a huge problem for us as it was paid by the company and they didnt expect such transaction to happen. Also, we all REALLY missed the coffe/tea making station from the rooms. Like imagine you wake up at 4 in the morning to catch a flight at the airport (and there is NO breakfast at the time) and you can't even have a cup of coffee or tea before leaving to the airport. It wasn't pleasant at all! On the other hand, we booked the rooms with breakfast included for all days during the stay. The last day we checked out at 5:30, however the breakfast started at 6:00. We told the staff the day before that we would like to request "take away" breakfast packs, however we were rejected - even though previously I was informed that it is possible to do so.

Very good

Pleasant stay overall and staff were friendly.

Rooms were spacious. Staff were nice and friendly.

But far from the City in travel time. Even though it was 8 km to the city the traffic was always heavy and took at least 35 minutes.

Have had better hotels for less than half the money.

The location of the festival I was visiting was in walking distance, AND the morning after the festival, during breakfast, I ran into one a few artists I watched the day before.

The free wi-fi kept kicking me back to log-in every minute or so, IF it let me log in in the first place. Hotel staff tried to help, but failed.
