The platform bed was difficult to get out of, my foot slipped as I stood up when I got up.

Disappointing stay but good location
Great location.
There are noisy appliances in the room, the air-conditioning emits a very loud bang every hour or so. In addition, due to the lack of staff there's no leeway in matters in which other hotels will usually help you out (like changing the booking dates). Overall not a great return for money (no gym, no food, no way to receive mail or messages, no room service) and personally will prefer not to stay there again.

Great decor with functional furniture. Love the industrial/Scandinavian vibe. The virtual front desk was awesome and check-in/check-out was super easy.
There was a weird fishy smell that I think was coming from the mini fridge in the room.

Great value, large well appointed family room.
Very large room during work trip. Was able to host colleagues for work sessions in the family room. Two TVs, sitting room, three beds (queen, two twins), curtain to separate the main bedroom from the living area, however must go through bedroom for anyone to access bathroom.
I found it a little to unnerving to be in a hotel without any staff interacting with the guest. I appreciate the value of the lower lodging cost relative to other options, however it feels nicer (and safer) to be greeted by hotel staff at a hotel lobby.

location is excellent. room is very comfortable with plenty of sitting setup and huge windows with views, which is really nice. I requested early check in and it was honored. which really made a difference to my experience.
