We had a wonderful stay at the Marmara Antalya.
Most of all we enjoyed the facilities such as the huge pool, the area around the beach is very nice and cozy and everything that is being offered, is of high quality. It truely is worth its 5 stars.
Especially the breakfast varieties and also the fish dinner at the beach restaurant during the evening were a highlight.
The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We never had to wait long for any requests as there are many staff members around all the time and they were very attentive.
We had an incident, that besides one consumption out of the minibar, another bottle of a frozen cappuccino fell out and broke. At the check out, I mentioned this and they removed it from the bill without hesitation,
which was very generous.
I had requested a room for a handicapped person, that we received among check in without problems and the room was just accurate for the demands of an handicapped person. Communication about this important request among arrival with the hotel staff was also given at any times.
The rooms were clean and it was very uncomplicated to ask for specific additional items we required by our friendly maid.
The guests of the hotel mainly are business travelers, many airliners and companies. Its not a typical tourist hotel. Even though you find a few families for vacation as well.
The only thing to mention is, that when you get a room facing the city, it gets quite loud as you can hear the noise of the traffic as well as the music of a club across the street. Therefore, I recommend a room facing the beach or probably a higher floor.
Overall, we had a great experience and were really happy with our stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and the high standard of the hotel. We appreciated everything.
