The location was good - close to the metro. The staff was very helpful and service-minded.

The room was overpriced. It needs some facelift. It was impossible to empty the bathtub. All in all okay hotel, but overpriced in my opinion. I experienced higher standards and a better room for a smaller amount later at another hotel during my stay in Berlin.

We had a very comfortable stay. Great location, right down the street from the train station, and walking distance to many historical sites. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

We enjoyed our stay at Mandala and feel that the staff are good.

Excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The food was well prepared and the service was very good. We were very happy with our room, which was a good size compared to other similar hotels. We felt that the bathroom needed some attention - especially the shower, which was at one end of the bath. The bath had a slippery floor to it, and there was no rail to hold onto. I was quite worried that I might fall. The bed was huge and the cushions were very good. We did not want to try the Michelin starred restaurant, as it was very expensive. The other restaurant was adequate, but not special.
