Good

Large room, good location. Breakfast was great. Good staff service, although bar staff were distracted and seemed more focused on diners that came in rather than residents. We ate elsewhere in the evening.

View straight onto terrace isn't ideal, but is less of an issue in winter. Summer would be not as good for noise, smoking, privacy etc. Shower was weak

Comfy stay, good location, friendly staff

Friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast, comfy bed & pillows, clean room & treated to a suprise upgrade. Good location, on site parking & close to the Malvern hills walks.

Could hear people banging about at times during the night.

Very good

Had a lovely 4night stay.

It was very comfortable with controllable radiator and bathroom towel heater. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality in a lovely bar area. A footpath to top of the beacon starts beside the car park and the town centre is very close, so excellent location.

The economy double room was small and the windows were not double glazed, though that did not affect us with the central heating controllable and available all the time.

Disappointing

Could have been much better.

The receptionist went out of her way to provide a Christmas lunch just for me. It was very nice.

The room was a shocker - fit for free use of the staff maybe. It was at the back of the kitchens with all the attendant noise including the swilling of buckets late in the small courtyard, therefore could not open curtains. Economy ? one very small piece of soap, and a 'clean' towel with crusty brown streaks !! the door lock did not work properly and there was a loft hatch in the room. It was very very small. The Christmas breakfast had shorter hours and I was 10 minutes late. I just wanted toast and coffee but only persuaded the young waiter to give me coffee. He said because its christmas - well mine too. For 100/night such an hotel should oblige with toast and coffee any time of day. They have their own public restaurant attached too.
