The Langham Hong Kong offers very nice rooms with harbour views and excellent facilities in a perfect location. While some staff members were not professional towards certain language speakers, overa (Read More)ll the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel restaurants were average in taste and expensive, not recommended. The hotel is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and provides a beautiful experience. The staff, including housekeepers, were friendly and the rooms were of good quality. The pool and gym had convenient hours. The concierge had great service, although there was a delay with the room on one occasion. The hotel manager, Adrian, handled concerns impressively and ensured a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Everything. The location was fab. The rooms are fantastic. Lovely gym and chilled roof top pool. But most of all the staff were AMAZING. Special shout out to Christy Chow - she was so helpful and attentive and provided exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very pleasant experience of our family in 2 connecting rooms!!!
We like everything about the hotel... its location and proximity to the MTR station across the street, the access to the shopping centres and restaurants, the very clean bedrooms, and the very friendly, accommodating and very helpful staff members.

eel like 4 star hotel instead 5.
The room was smelly and had small inserts. I left a pack of dried seafood in the fridge and realized after i checked out. The hotel staff said they couldn't find it, i guess one of the staff took it.
The breakfast in the club has much less choice and cold, they didn't let us know the first day.

The location of the hotel is very good. At first I got a room which was relatively noisy as there was a cooling system humming right outside the window but the receptionist was very friendly and gave me another room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I like the style of the hotel.
I understand that the hotel wants to secure itself with a reservation on the credit card. My reservation has still not been canceled after 2 weeks and after checking with the credit card company it will probably be left standing and expire after a month. This is not very customer-friendly and causes unnecessary expense for the customer.
