Location and cleanliness

The pool was overcrowded, bar service was terrible, 30mins to get served with another 20-30+ mins to get 4 drinks, 2 of which were orange juice. Room temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Pillows too high to sleep on. No window to even open.

Every thing was good but pool was too small to accommodate a half full hotel, no spa , gym area amazing

Not a good hotel for couples

Gorgeous hotel, pretty & modern interior. Good location

Pool is overun with children. Impossible to get a seat in the pool area, it is too small for the amount of guests and not enough sunbeds. If you want to sit at the swim up bar with children splashing around and pool water going into your over priced $26 cocktail this is the hotel for you. They have signs around the swim up bar saying "no splashing" but obviously children do not read them. Kids were also sitting at the swim up bar which is ridiculous, they should not be in allowed in that area. If you imagine yourself sitting at the swim up bar enjoying a cocktail in the sun forget about it, go to an adults only hotel. The buffet breakfast is not worth $60 a head. Just go to a Cafe but not the Cafe they have on site. Ordered a $24 chicken salad and it came with a few salad leaves with chicken on top. Bizarre and bland. For a 5 star hotel and the prices the food is mediocre

I think too many staff standing around looking pretty. More cleaners needed servicing rooms

Loved the pool, great for the adults and children

Rooms felt dirty especially for a new hotel and weren't serviced some days until late. If you're going to have the only wardrobe space near a toilet seat at least have a door to close the wardrobe. Very unhygienic.

Terrible, don't stay here.

Buffet breakfast but it was way overpriced.

Extremely overpriced for very little on offer. By far the worst part was the fact that our room was only serviced every 2nd day. For the amount of money we paid that is totally unacceptable. They also don't have room service. You are basically paying a ridiculous amount of money to stay at an apartment. Peppers Broadbeach is far superior. Cheaper and better location. Peppers is not a full service hotel but the Langham offers so little that it's basically like staying in an apartment. Don't stay here.

The entire experience was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Ive travelled extensively and this is one of the best hotels Ive been too. Exceptional hospitality.
