    Excellent in every respect, particularly the staff.
    Lovely location, excellent staff, great atmosphere and absolutely spotlessly clean. The breakfast was really good quality as was our evening meal.
    TV not working in our room, we were offered a room change so they could not have done better. We stayed in our original room as the TV was not a great loss. Staff wrote a very polite sorry note, nice touch!

    Friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast service. Nice room with lots of teas and coffees.
    The big shower head on the shower didnt work and needed de-scaling presumably.

    Very clean. Beautiful pub. Staff attentive. Room wasn't the biggest but for a few nights it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Would have preferred a few more vegetarian options on the dinner menu.
    Bed was too soft for my liking.

    Will absolutely be back for a longer stay next time.
    Breakfast was exceptional. An amazing menu choice. All served by a lovely smiling waitress. Our bedroom, although a little small, was immaculately clean with a very good complementary tray.
    Im struggling to think of any negative points with our stay . Nope! Cant think of any

    Excellent hotel with amenities and comfort to match.
    Loved the comfort of the room, nice and warm. The bed was so comfy too. Everywhere nice and clean. The staff very friendly and the breakfast exceptional. Would definitely recommend as we have done on numerous occasions.
    It is not really a dislike other than we struggle sometimes to get in the hotel car park and sometimes end up paying in the council one!!
