Exceptional

Our home away from home we will come back again and again

The spa is amazing, the rooms are so comfortable and cozy. The rooms are totally sound proof and my daughter LOVES that they have doorbells. There is so much to see and so much history.

I do wish the room service menu was a little more complete

The Davenport is a wonderful, elegant old hotel right in the heart of downtown Spokane, but I will not go there again d

I have been to the Davenport before, but not for about five years. Its in a perfect location for downtown Spokane and its an incredibly lovely old building. With wonderful older furniture in the rooms. The lobby is magnificently old and well kept as well with high ceilings, all of which I love.

The weekend we went there was a show of different Christmas trees, and some kind of a raffle and the place was jampacked with people. I had no idea about that, and it was a disappointment because it was impossible to get the staffs attention. My husband and I waited at the bar for over half an hour to get a glass of wine to bring to our room and I could not get any response in the restaurant to ask about breakfast in the morning. We finally gave that up and left early and got Coffee somewhere else. I was fairly disappointed about that because my experience in the past has not been like that at all and I have been to the Davenport for conferences when there has been a lot of people, but the staff remained responsive.

Premier elegance of a humble town.

Combination old world charm, elegance, and country comfort.

Rooms in the suite were not cleaned in a detailed fashion. I found objects in the bed frame that fell onto the floor, the coffee maker was still holding previous guests old pods, and the remote seemed greasy. The colors and decor seemed worn and tired.

Disappointed.

They couldn't find my reservation even through I had a confirmation number & blamed it on my booking through "your choice of a third party". The room needed maintainence & the shower was dirty.
