Staff were amazing. Attentive and very friendly. Breakfast on Christmas Day was delicious. Whether be it on a holiday or not, food was great. Only stayed for a night

Had to use one of the shampoo bottle to prop open the drain for the water to flow. Bed was uncomfortable

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The guards were very polite and courteous. Location wise, the hotel is near to the airport and Mall of Asia.

It seems the beddings were not replaced from the previous occupant or the beddings were just too old. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast- we came at 7 am and the breads specially the pandesal was very cold. The cheeses were hard, it seems it was just leftover from the other day.

overall everything was good

The room was good. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent.

The furniture needs replacement cause they are old, Bathroom mirror has watermarks that could be removed and clean.

I will definitely stay there again if I have to fly anywhere in Manila

Close to the airport for a quick trip back to the airport to the next day. Great place to spend the night.

Shuttle service to the nearby mall. Breakfast A new year fireworks display on nearby establishments can be viewed from our room

The access in the elevator was not working. This access when fixed and enabled, is an added security preventing outsiders getting in. The bath tub drain was clogged. No bidet Not much movie channels Guests do not have easy access to coffee. It was very inconvenient. And one time, the coffee tasted and smells like chocolate..
