Not the best hotel. But good location

The property was fairly responsive prior to the stay as I had so many questions. However, dont expect usual customer service-basically keep your expectations low. Upon arrival and during stay, the service was not bad-the front desk staff and cleaning staff was friendly. The location is great if you want to stay at the center of key shopping area or some tourist attractions such as India gate.

There are those people outside of the hotel who are almost like tourist vultures. They approach you and is very helpful to divert you to seemingly random taxi or rickshaw, suggesting that they are safer for sightseeing or transportation. Later, it will turn out that they are all co-conspirators. They provide you safe service and very friendly, but at the cost way higher than usual. Not sure these are related to hotel staff or not. But as you stay longer, seeing them was nuisance.
