Enjoyabke restful stay after Christmas

Food was excellent and service we had a room which was noisy to start with but receptionist offered to change immediately to a different room better location

Nice hotel, very good food, friendly staff. Good choice.

Very comfortable, good service, nice staff.

Ive asked if I could check out an hour later in a not fully booked hotel, but they werent flexible and asked me to pay a small fee for this.

Great location for central Bournemouth, very quiet area Nice bathroom and good shower. Friendly staff

I didn't think the room lived up to its label as "luxury". You can't just put a roll top bath in a room and immediately transform it to be luxury. Our room was adequate in size but completely devoid of character. For example, no pictures on the wall, very unwelcoming.

Suited purpose but in future will avoid Christmas period.

Have stayed before. Quality bedrooms.

Had an issue regarding NOISE from Christmas Parties (which we were pre-warned about). It was dealt with and resolved with management.

Very disappointing.

Free parking and good location

Heating in bathroom did not work and bathroom was not clean. Mould on bedroom windows. Staff not available to help with issues. Breakfast was certainly not 4 star, processed ham and cheese and shop bought hollandaise. Lift not available on arrival.
