    The hotel is built in traditional colonial style but is tired and needs improvements.
    The staff is lovely.
    Being forced to pay 90 each for a NY Gala dinner that we didn't book or ask for and being told we had no choice

    Charming hotel close to the Taj.
    Amazing rooms, heritage charm, great breakfast. Lots of helpful staff.
    Restaurant was a bit pricey for dinner. Some traffic noise, but its hard to avoid in Agra.

    Basically not much at all, massively overpriced for what it is. It struggles to be a 3 star
    This is far from a five star, let alone four star hotel. Exceptionally run-down, bad quality food, stains on walls, facilities simply not good

    Nice colonial hotel with a nice pool and garden. The spa was nice
    The room was spacious and had a lovely seating area.
    Breakfast was uneventful and a bit boring for India

    Old style building. Next to busy and polluted smoky road. Food and drink too pricey - better off staying at any 5 star hotels nearby with half board included which is likely to work out better value for money
    As above. A little too outdated for my taste. Had to ring reception to turn hot water on for the room before a shower
