Charming hotel with lovely rooms, great food and drink!
The rooms were spacious but cosy and well equipped. The Snug was a great room to keep the kids entertained. Food was lovely in the restaurant and breakfast was also lovely.

The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. We got the postcard English Christmas experience. The staff were warm and helpful.
The bed was lacking support for a good night's rest. The stairs are hard to navigate with luggage

Nice ambience , great building approaches by charming little bridge of the water .
The rooms were very warm and couldnt reduce heat even with windows open .
