Very good

Nice hotel, will stay there again when come back.

The hotel is new and the rooms are fairly big compared to other HK hotels.

The bed in the Large King is very hard.

Very good

Lovely hotel and great location

Nice boutique hotel with recently renovated rooms decorated with style. Helpful and super friendly staff. We arrived early and the room was ready. We even got offered a free upgrade. Great location to explore the island and a short walk to the Star Ferry. We loved our stay there.

The breakfast served downstairs at the partner restaurant was very disappointing and overpriced.

A gem

Was a really cute find in Hong Kong, apart from conventional hotels. Sometimes I worry boutique hotels are only pretty on picture, but The Fleming met my expectations.

The complimentary bottle of water taste Chlorine, probably it's just from the tab.

Exceptional

Very much enjoyed my one night stay at the beautiful Fleming Hotel in a large queen room.

Beautifully appointed room. Lots of nice architectural detail. Not much space counter space in the bathroom however. Breakfast was not included in my hotel rate but it was available in the restaurant on the premises so was convenient since was staying there with other family members. Enjoyed drinks in the evening back at the hotel. Very convenient location in Wanchai and set back from busy Hennessey Rd.; however, could still hear street noise from the 4th floor.

The main entrance is a bit hidden. The sign for the hotel is placed way up high so for shorter people like myself, it was not easy to spot. Luckily I was checking in daytime, but my relative came in the evening and had a harder time finding the entrance. So the signage can be improved...especially for late check-ins.

Disappointing

Not confortable

The room is way too small. we eventually spent over 300usd per night and the breakfast is not included. There's no other services such as gym or shuttle buses... I don't think it worth the money at all.

The hotel is absolutely over pricing for the facilities and everything that is related.

Superb

Cool hotel in a great location.

We got upgraded 2 room classes on arrival which was lovely! The room was large and very beautifully decorated. The hotel felt new and cool. Hotel amenities were good, staff were lovely. Location was excellent, close to the station & lots of restaurants & still quiet. We didnt eat at the restaurant but it looks and smelt great!
