    The staff and food
    The property was very dirty and unorganised and the garden which was previously there was demolished which made the view of the river very bad and the room was super dirty and the bathrooms were not clean we asked for a blanket but it had mud on it and the blanket cover was torn the floor was covered with dust and the toilet didnt flush properly and the room had no ventilation and we had no facilities for example no room service and no food delivered to your room . It was a waste of money and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone from now on as the maintenance is non existent and the following issues mentioned above .

    The location and the property
    The maintenance is not good and some things are really needed like better hygiene kit. some of the restaurants were not as good as per the price.

    Food not worth for the rate, Reception not well managed like a 4 star, extremely poor lobby for waiting with no AC in place, should focus more on overall cleanliness.
