Superb

Amazing establishment

Beautiful room comfy big bed, great bathroom. Lovely toiletries and extras. Had a fridge which is always a bonus for us. The staff and Dani were fantastic

We'd have liked a bath. I found the restaurant food was lovely but a bit overpriced for what I had. There were no croissants or pastries available for breakfast, which was a bit disappointing

Excellent!

Everything about The Farrier was excellent, you cannot fault anything, the facilities, the staff, the food. Nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed there before, and it was just as good as it was in 2019. We have recommended to several friends and they have all asaid exactly the same.

Fantastic, welcoming, exceeded all our expectations!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Farrier. The friendly Yorkshire welcome and the continued friendly, accommodating service from owner Dani and her lovely staff was second to none - nothing was too much trouble. The Farrier is beautifully decorated from the public areas to the bedrooms and comfort and cleanliness is exceptional. The Breakfast and Evening meals were to die for - we had every intention of trying other restaurants however always returned to the Farrier for our evening meal which certainly did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return soon.

The farrier inn

Everything about my stay at the Farrier Hotel was perfect. The room was warm and cosy on arrival. A member of staff showed us to our room. We had beautiful bath products and little extras like fresh milk in the fridge and cool water in the fridge. Personalised bisc were given and different strength coffee pods. Luxury bath robes and slippers were given, too. The bed was so comfy and the feel of the room was georgous and we felt very relaxed and rested. We evan had sleep spray at the side of the bed. The breakfast the next morning was super. Cooked fresh and was cooked beautifully with fresh produce. Nothing was too much trouble, and they evan supplied me oat milk. The room was spotlessly clean. We had a fabulous evening meal in their restaurant and and all staff were very polite, clean and tidy and happy to be working there which was lovely to see.

Fabulous weekend retreat

We loved the gorgeous decor everywhere with such attention to detail. All the staff were great. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, as was breakfast.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever. The location is a bit remote with nothing much in Cayton though there is a frequent bus service to return any walkers from nearby resorts.
